This cool toffee coated treat with a vanilla ice cream twist is sure to set your taste buds dancing for more. Just add ice to this chilly mix with some melted biscuit and your all set to keep the sun off your back the yummy way.

What you need:

  • Milk – 250 ml
  • Vanilla Ice Cream – 2 scoops
  • Toffee – 25 g
  • Ice – 10 each
  • Malted Biscuit – 5 each
  • Toffee – Topping

What you do:

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend for 20 seconds or until smooth and frothy.
